EPC Construction Manager-Power Plant

● You should be a graduate engineer with good communication skills and will provide support to their construction projects in the field as a Construction Manager with 8-10years of experience involved with EPC power plant projects, preferably a turnkey power plant.

● You need a very broad base of experience with the entire process of constructing power plants.

● You will be involved with the beginning phase helping out on proposals, bid packages and estimates on new business.

● You will help review the customer's specifications to put a proposal together and once a contract is awarded, you will follow this contract & project through the full life cycle of building the power plant.

● You will assist the Construction Site Manager in the beginning to get everything set up on site including negotiating with subcontractors.

● You need some financial/business experience with regards to power plant construction projects since you will be managing contract performance issues.

● You need a BS degree in Engineering (mechanical or civil graduate preferred) or Construction Management.

Financial Manager-manufacturing

● You should be good qualification with major in Accounting or relate field and Minimum 5 years of work and at least 2 years it the same position in multinational company.

● Be familiar with management accounting, costing, budgeting, taxation, investment analysis.

● Demonstrate strong leadership and motivation, hands on work attitude is required.

● Excellent computer software skill, Knowledge and experience of ERP is highly preferred.

● Good command of both Chinese and English is essential, good document writing.

Financial Manager-project

● You should be leader of those site-based project accountants and in chare of project cash flow, project cost control as well as annual project financial plan for all executive power plant projects.

● Familiar with operations of supplier L/C, remittance of foreign currency and deal with all kind of project related financial issues.

● Also be good at project accounting, costing, budgeting, taxation, investment analysis and project finance auditing.

● Demonstrate leadership and motivation, excellent computer software skill.

● Good command of both Chinese and English is essential, good document writing.
